Production Manager

We are currently looking to recruit a professional production manager who will be responsible for the smooth daily operation of the production process and for achieving production targets.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the smooth operation of the production department, ensuring that all work is carried out efficiently, safely and to a high standard.
- Achieve production targets to maximize on-time deliveries and achieve customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for site and facilities maintenance.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Develop, train, motivate and supervise departmental staff.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelors' degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical or Electrical)
- Minimum of five years experience in a manufacturing environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.

Assistant Accountant

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced assistant accountant to work alongside our other staff to ensure a smooth running of our business.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Setting up and managing excel spreadsheets
- Setting up and managing petty cash register on excel
- Setting up new customers records and running tax wizard on Sage
- Coding and entering invoices into sale and purchase ledger on Sage
- Making and adjusting journal entries on Sage
- Conducting bank reconciliation on Sage
- Setting up new staff record, running and managing payroll on Sage
- Recording payments and receipts on Sage
- Recording and reconciling credit /debit card payments
- Filing accounts paperwork
- Processing new orders and liaising with customers
- Maintaining database with information from various sources
- Answering the telephone
- Liaising with the sales team and operations department
- Maintaining stock and other supplies
- Working with Auditor and attending to their queries
Skills and Requirements
- Bsc Accounting and working towards an accounting professional qualification (ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA)
- Minimum of two years accounting experience
- Intermediate to advanced computer literate skills with proven experience in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in the use of Sage accounting software
- Strong organizational ability
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- The ability to prioritize your own workload and work on your own initiative.

Main duties and responsibilities
- Timely day to day delivery of products to clients
- Transporting of raw materials and finished products to various locations
- Responding to customer complaints
- Any other ad hoc duties
Skills and requirements
- A valid driver's license.
- Minimum of 5 years driving experience
- Knowledge of the Lagos metropolis and beyond
- Experience in transporting persons and goods across the country
- Experience in handling LGV and/or HGV
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- A good knowledge of the Nigerian road network
- Strong work ethic and commitment to duties
- Good time management skills
- Motivation, flexibility and capacity to work as a team.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
